I was extremely disappointed with the last episode, ‘The Girl in the Flower Dress.’ I had thought the quality of the show was on the up, but then it stooped with the last episode. So I sat back to watch this week’s episode with little hope of something high-quality and, more importantly, great to watch. And I will say I was greatly surprised. But please note, I am somewhat fed up with the quality of the episodes going up and down like a yo-yo.

I was extremely disappointed with the last episode, ‘The Girl in the Flower Dress.’ I had thought the quality of the show was on the up, but then it stooped with the last episode. Where Once Upon a Time producers pull out all the stops to keep us hooked on magic and drama… And immediately we are dropped head first into the action. Ouch my head… By Max Bosshart Unlikely alliances and revelations abound in the fourth episode of The Tomorrow People, Kill or Be Killed. The episode paints the picture of John's origin and introduces the enemy of the week in Killian McCrane. By Robbie Jones GUYS! Right, ok, what I’m about to say might shock you. I worry that some of you may suffer fatal heart attacks or even just a loss of breath, but this is big, this is SO BIG! Right, are you ready? On this week’s Homeland.... By Leah Stone This week’s episode of Agent’s of Shield takes the team to Hong Kong where Chan Ho Yin, a street magician, is taken due to his pyrokinetic ability, by a woman in a floral dress. He was found via a hack from the Rising Tide, Skye’s ex-affiliation, which leads to Coulson and May suspecting that perhaps Skye has something to do with it. However these premonitions cease when Skye locates the actual hacker, Miles, whom we find out that Skye has had, or is in (it’s hard to determine) a relationship with. This creates extreme doubt with Coulson who thinks perhaps they were working together. It turns out Miles sold the information to Project Centipede, who we saw in the pilot. They said to Chan that they would help to improve the power of his abilities and to make him known throughout the world but however they go back on this and he goes on a bit of a murderous rampage. We also find out a secret that Skye has kept hidden all of this time, but spoilers. By Robbie Jones I have to wonder....Do the writers of Homeland sit there and think “Right, Damian Lewis is really popular with fans of the show and everyone is really interested in his character, so I’m thinking that we should use him as little as possible without actually killing him. Sound good?” Yep, it seems that once again, Brody has fucked off into the sunset as we see another week of Carrie’s struggles. However, this time it’s not quite so dull, as not only do two former main cast members return, but the show moves one up in quality. Well, apart from a terrible twist.... By Julia Lawson It’s wonderful that John Lithgow does voices for animation. Every week it is as if Lord Farquard of Shrek fame is in the room with us, royally announcing the start of another great week of Wonderland fun. But this week we kick things of in the Enchanted forest. You can’t say the Once Upon a Time franchise isn’t diverse! |
