There are television intros that are like crack. This is serious. Probably created by that mass conglomeration machine that churned out ‘Everything is Awesome (which is actually awesome) and ‘You Don’t Know You’re Beautiful’ (which isn’t); songs that get stuck in your head. Game shows are the worst. Ok, so some of them are ridiculously boring but take a look at these crackers and I dare you to spend the day not humming in these in complete epic unison. So ladies and gentlemen, let’s begin plunging those annoyingly addictive theme songs;  by Liam Bland
When Heroes first screened in 2006 it was a phenomenon; both hugely popular and an instant critical hit. Its first episode in the United States drew in 14.6 million viewers and peaked at 16.9 million by episode nine. The show’s ratings remained high during the first two seasons, as well as garnering a host of nominations for awards ranging from the Emmys to the BAFTAs. For many of us Star Wars fans, the day Disney took over Lucasfilm was a bit of a bittersweet feeling. The joy of knowing that more films would come, particularly the long awaited Third Trilogy (Episodes VII, VIII and IX) was, in a way, blurred by some cancelations like the videogame Star Wars 1313 or the emerging TV show Star Wars Detours and the award winning success Star Wars: The Clone Wars.  by Helen Langdon
Everyone’s had one of those nights where they get absolutely wasted and then wake up sprawled in the mud next to a melon and a corpse. No? Possibly just Porthos then, who in this week’s episode found himself sentenced to death and rescued in the space of a couple of minutes. Nowhere is safe in The Walking Dead. Any kind of camp or shelter must be snatched away from Rick and his survivors. Hershel’s farm, the prison, and now their abandoned house, by a group of bandits no less. Of course, the show would have hardly any development if they got to stay cosy for the rest of their lives. Supernatural: Tribes is the new spin-off of CW’s hit television show, Supernatural. It is rumoured to air in Autumn of 2014, to carry through to 2015. Supernatural incorporates aspects of the horror, fantasy, action, adventure and mystery genres. Episode 20 of the current season will act as a backdoor pilot to the spin off.  by Helen Langdon

These are the episodes that make me pause and wonder what on earth went on behind the scenes to throw the episode order out of whack so very badly. Such is the pain of a fan.
