You know a show is good when you are faced with the task of writing a review but have to rewrite the introduction five times because everything you write doesn’t seem to do the show justice.

Well that’s it, after sixteen episodes, The 100 series two is over. To say that it was an emotional rollercoaster is perhaps one of the biggest understatements in history. We saw Finn slaughter innocent grounders, we’ve seen Clarke kill the man she loves and we’ve seen Lincoln struggle through withdrawing from the reaper drug. We’ve seen teenagers drilled to death for their bone marrow, one of the most touching kisses and the biggest betrayal.

With all of this doom and gloom, why do we still watch it?

If The 100 was a regular show, there would be an episode that calmed things down, preparing you for the hectic and action-packed finale. There would be a bit of build up, but not too much going on so that it wouldn’t have a chance of overshadowing what is promising to be an explosive ending.

Another fantastic episode of The 100 aired in the UK last night, and what an episode it was. The series may well be one of the best post-apocalyptic shows of all time, following a group of humans, nicknamed “Sky People” as they try to return to earth after being stuck in a Space Station for generations after a nuclear war wreaked havoc on the planet below.

I’m With Geek was fortunate enough to get an interview with the creator, executive producer and writer of the show, Jason Rothenberg. The first half was posted a few weeks and now we are pleased to announce the second half of this brilliant interview.

If you have yet to watch the latest episode, please be warned SPOILERS LOOM!

“Crossing the Rubicon” means going past the point of no return, and that is the case for a number of characters in this week’s The 100. With both triumphs and failures, and a lot more death, significant developments happen across all running storylines to ensure that nobody will ever be the same again.

There comes a point in every show where it feels like it has reached the pinnacle of perfection. Last week's episode of The 100 felt like that high-point had been achieved, only to keep ascending this episode.

Following on from last week’s grief-stricken mid-season return, The 100 returns to blistering tension and heart-stopping action, as the loyalty and strength of the alliance between Camp Jaha and the Grounders is trusted. Once again, this show proves that it is a master of cliffhangers and of storytelling, while also containing a cast populated by some of the finest female characters on television.

Season Two of The 100  started on E4 last week. For those out of the loop, the show explores the post-apocalyptic genre; in the aftermath of a nuclear war, humans fled to space. But with their space station, the Ark, failing, they send 100 teenagers, locked up for crimes they have committed, to Earth to see if it is habitable. Headed by Jason Rothenberg, The 100 has already reaped a large school of fans whilst being praised for it's action and rounded characters!

And lucikly, I'm With Geek were able to sit down with the creator, executive producer and writer of the show to give us his thoughts on Season Two and where the show is heading!
