It is back. Thank the lords, praise the gods and kiss your family. Throw your hands up into the air and scream “hell, expletive, yeah!” Because THE best show to come from Netflix and possible one of the greatest new television series of the last year is one its way back to us. Orange Is The New Black is Orange Is The New Back! Yes, this all may seem like the ramblings of a crazy person, but who cares? You should all be rambling like a crazy woman because Pipers Prison Problems are on their way back into our lives.

The first season of Orange Is The New Back came with rave reviews and critical success. Adapted from the true story of Piper Kerman and her year in prison, the television show was an insanely great one. Not only focusing on an almost entire female staff, it portrayed the ladies as rounded, complex characters of every calibre of femininity (and masculinity.) It was compelling, hilarious and not one character was misplaced or underwritten. A triumphant show for Netflix, Orange is the New Black is the kind of show that people want to see on mainstream television. Nay, it is the kind of show that people need to see on mainstream television.
This new trailer comes at an exciting time despite there being a couple of months between now and it’s release date in June. It looks like it is set a couple of weeks after the finale of season one, where Piper beat the Christian loving Nantucket to a pulp because she was threatened with a knife. It's safe to say, we are all on tenterhooks to find out what exact happened, what is going to happen now and what unsavoury characters are going to turn up in the women’s prison. With a thumbing song, snippets of the madhouse and our favourite characters returning, it’s safe to say that this is going to be an exciting season.
Plus there will be more of Crazy Eyes….
