But if you do that, make sure none of your limbs are showing because this looks like Moffat is tapping into yet another one of our inherent fears with Listen (for example: statues with Blink and the dark with Forest in the Library).
And what is more tantalising is that there are glimpses of unanswered questions that will develop on new and old characters. The official tag-line here being "When ghosts of past and future crowd into their lives, The Doctor and Clara are thrown into an adventure that takes them to the very end of the universe” For those trying to wrap their heads around who could be returning, including possible theories that The Doctor will be revisiting his new ancient faces, this only encourages us to delve further. The mysterious Danny Pink is shown aged and seemingly in the Tenth Doctor’s space-suit. Could there be more to this emotional ex-solider? Could he be not of this Earth?
But the chilling aspect is that hand reaching out from under the bed, wrapping cold fingers around children’s legs. And sources have deemed it one of the best written episodes with a villainous character that is so disturbing, we have chills just thinking about it. You may want to snuggle in the same bed after this, keeping all the lights on.
These latest clips prove yet again that The Doctor in Capaldi's hand is defiantly intelligent, reverent and just amazing. And the whole "What if no-one is ever really alone?" speech has the goosebumps on my neck trembling.....shit...
