As we approach the season one finale of The 100, the war between the teens and the Grounders comes to a head, with questions of trust, loyalty and the greater good coming to the fore. With the fate of The Ark left as a lingering question, an unexpected return and a devastating sickness continue to move this story along at a thrilling pace.
Except Murphy. It was obvious that Murphy would have to return to the story at some point, and he is even more sadistic than before. Sure, he endured a horrific experience when falsely accused of killing Wells, but it is evident that his depravity is far worse than that. Discovering what caused this behaviour in Murphy, if anything, is likely to be fascinating, but even so, the unknown danger within the camp is even more exciting than the external threat.
