With already being exhibited for some times now overseas in the US, it Is fair to say we have been very patient in the run-up to Arnie’s latest film. But they say ‘good things come to those who wait’, and finally, the day will be upon us tomorrow, May 7th.
Director David Ayer’s Sabotage will explode into UK cinemas tomorrow and to top of the already very high anticipation, Lionsgate have released a brand new clip ‘A Glock and Sensible Shoes’. As if they haven’t’ teased us enough!
Starring Schwarzenegger, Sam Worthington, Olivia Williams, Joe Manganiello, Mireille Enos and Terrence Howard, the film will open nationwide tomorrow and I have high faith that it will please just about everyone.
Acclaimed for his gritty and realistic portrayal of life behind the blue line in End Of Watch, Ayer reinvents screen legend Arnie, as he directs his new action-crime-thriller that follows one of the best assault teams on the planet, an elite special operations team of ten DEA agents.
The elite team executes what appears to be a tactical raid on a cartel safe house, which in fact, turns out to be an elaborate theft operation, pre-planned by the members of the DEA squad itself. After hiding $10 million in stolen cash, the rogue agents believe their secret is safe – that is until someone begins methodically assassinating members of the team, one-by-one. As the body count rises, everyone is suspect, including members of the team itself.
Take a look at this new clip, showing a more downbeat but criminally intense view at the characters and plot than the previous action-packed clips. Only making us anticipate the release longer, lets hope the opening screenings tomorrow won’t let us down!
