You cannot go on social media at the moment without being bombarded by the amazing things happening at San Diego Comic-Con. The increasingly impressive line up has arisen the green eyed monster in us all. Yet fear not, for as the exclusive previews are unvailed they have to trickle down to us mere mortals. One such preview came in the form of Dreamworks next animated offering Penguins of Madagascar.
The flightless foursome, know from the Madagascar series, have finally been given their own film. With the original trailer we saw Kowaski and co joining with a secret agency to help save the world. In the latest clip we learn more about The North Wind lead by Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch as Classified the Wolf. We also get a first look at the films Penguin hating villain Dave the Octopus, voiced by John Malkovich.
As Classified the Wolf explains that Dave has developed a secret formula, the tricky Penguins produce the stolen 'Medusa Serum' to The North Wind. Their eight legged foe then makes his first appearance via Skype but has a few technical difficulties with the sound. As The North Wind and our Penguins berate Daves efforts the full extent of his master plan comes to light.
Can the penguins save the day? Is Dave really a villain name? And is fancing an animated Wolf a bit weird?
