Something fun for Friday: Dead Yourself

The Central focus this week has been all Doctor Who, I’m looking forward to it as much as anyone, but we mustn’t forget there are other programs which must not be missed! One of them, The Walking Dead finishes its third series this weekend (US only). I thought it best to make this a Fun Friday to keep you going until tonight’s Penultimate episode (UK – FX Channel).

Why is it, do you think, that when we’re bored we always migrate to Google? We have nothing to search for, but we foolishly go to Google hoping that Google will help us. It never does. So what if we could do something else to Google, what if we could attack Google? To Shoot it, scribble on it, watch it go mouldy or drop bombs on it?

Well the title wasn’t made to impress, but the game certainly will… Firstly you might have noticed there was no Fun Friday last week, apologies, I was too enthralled in this game.

So, what is Falling Sand? Falling Sand is a little Java powered game, which is possibly the most addictive game you will ever play. The idea is simple; you’ve got a blank canvas and tools to mess about with! You have Walls, Cera (Wax), Plant, Water, Oil, Fire, Spout (Rains Water!) Sand, Salt and the dreaded ‘???’

I’m a little late on this one, but I thought it’s too good to miss! Take This Lollypop is a short interactive horror Facebook App. Released in 2011 and written by Jason Zada, it stars actor Bill Oberst Jr. and, well… You. You probably think I don’t, and can’t mean you. But I do, it’s you.
