An epic weekend at the London Film and Comic Con was made even better when we were granted an interview with Batgirl writer, Gail Simone.
Famous for her depiction of strong female characters in comics such as Birds of Prey and Red Sonja, Gail took time to chat with us about how she got started, her work with Women in Refrigerators, and how she feels the comic industry is changing - especially in its treatment of female characters, and for women writers and artists in general.
We also found out a little more about the inspiration behind her portrayal of the most famous X-Man in Savage Wolverine #19, and got an exclusive hint at new projects to be unveiled in the future!
