Because no one learns any lessons in moviedom, Jurassic World revolves around Isla Nublar, twenty two years after the initial events of the first film. There is now a fully functioning dinosaur theme park because nobody has learnt a thing from the events of the first three movies. However, thanks to dwindling audiences and attendances, they try to spark some life into the almost extinct park. But with unfortunate repercussions because NOBODY HAS LEARNT THAT CREATING DINOSAURS IS BAD. Woops. With Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, this is going to be one terrifying blockbuster.
The last footage boomed, boomed and shook the room. This time, we get to see little glimpses of the overtly technological park that is the focus of the new sequel. And whilst you can marvel at it for a less than a minute, it is a stark reminder that one is not meant to play god (unless you want women to inherit the earth). The Tyrannosaurus Rex, the raptors and all the creatures that kept us quaking in our beds at night as children are back to terrorise your screens.
Friday 28th will see a full length trailer for the fourth instalment come out. The whole movie, however, is due out summer 2015.
