The teaser trailer for one of the biggest films of 2015 has been released, Jurassic World. Granted the 20-second clip isn’t much but it is a great callback to the original film. The title of the film doesn’t even show up, but if you see a cup of water shaking with booming footsteps in distance, you immediately know what film it is. If you don’t, Jurassic World is directed by Colin Trevorrow, who directed Safety Not Guaranteed and stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio and Jake Johnson.
There is literally not much too talk about this teaser, but we could have more footage sooner than you think. The rumours going around were at first that we would get a trailer released in front of The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies. But the latest rumour is that we could have a trailer as soon as… next week. If Universal does release a full trailer next week, this teaser is a good idea. It’s building some hype and is getting us ready for the trailer, but if they don’t release a trailer for Jurassic World next week, I will release a T-Rex onto their marketing department.
