The clip depicts Mike (Edward Norton) at rehearsals, trading barbs with Riggan (Michael Keaton) as to how a scene should play out in the new play which Riggan is staging. The whole thing builds into a nice little spiel from Mike about love, which impresses Riggan and then Sam, Riggan's daughter, interrupts the two.
The next thing you know, Sam is leading Mike backstage and of course this means some slight flirting from Mike, Sam tries to shoot him down but Mike just responds that "this is the theatre sweetheart, don’t be so self-conscious".
Speaking of theatre, if this clip is anything to go by, Riggan's comeback play, upon which this whole picture revolves around, seems to be going rather well. However, to see if it does all go smoothly, we'll just have to wait until release day.
Birdman is released in cinemas nationwide on January 1st.
