The twists and turns just don’t stop in this show. Whilst some can be boring and unnecessary, there are then some that knock it out of the park and keep the show interesting. This week’s episode threw two at us, both vaguely interesting, and sure to play out well...
Secondly, after watching the tapes of the subway shooting again, Ryan catches on that Lilly Gray, the only surviving victim, is working with Mark and Luke. After a cat and mouse chase and quick phone call, it’s revealed that Lilly planned to hand Ryan over to Joe. This could not have come at a better time; the interaction with Ryan and Lilly was already getting boring after only 2 episodes. Now she has a purpose, and any meeting with Ryan from now will be confrontation. Of course, time will tell as the episodes progress, but for now, Lilly Gray being a villain was a damn good move.
Overall, this weeks’ episode was good. Great performances all around and the use of music at the end, as per usual with The Following, was killer (No pun intended). And the lighting was better too! Hopefully it’s only upwards from there
