Star Trek Into Darkness hit's cinemas across the UK this week and we at I'm With Geek wanted to mark the occasion by playing each of the Star Trek Spin-off series against each other!
We all know Star Trek: The Original Series started it all off and holds a special place in hearts of millions of fans worldwide, but which of the following spin-offs do you, our geeky readers, prefer? Are you partial to the legendary Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the USS Enterprise in The Next Generation? How about Captain Janeway, the intrepid hero who led her crew through unknown territory against all odds in Voyager? What about Benjamin Sisko and his eclectic crew holding the fringes of space from untold forces aboard Deep Space Nine? Or do you like to go back to basics with Captain Archer and his frontier exploring crew in the prequel series Enterprise?
Over the next four days, four of our geekiest writers will take their favourite series and try to convince you guys that their's is the superior spin-off. Then, come Friday, you'll have the chance to vote on who put across the best argument, and which series you feel deserves the top spot!
