Leave it to Frank to have Russian anarchists ruin his dinner party whilst he tries his damndest to butter up Viktor Petrov, their current President. Politically speaking this is a necessary episode, albeit if it wasn’t for the theatrics interrupting the hors d’oeuvre’s it would have made for a rather eventless hour.

Leave it to Frank to have Russian anarchists ruin his dinner party whilst he tries his damndest to butter up Viktor Petrov, their current President. Politically speaking this is a necessary episode, albeit if it wasn’t for the theatrics interrupting the hors d’oeuvre’s it would have made for a rather eventless hour. by Gloria Daniels-Moss Following last week’s epic return of hit series House of Cards, the second instalment is equally as engaging. There is something so captivating about watching Frank and Claire communicate on screen. This relationship, founded on power and success, is rather dysfunctional but it appears to be what these two humans need in order to survive. by Gloria Daniels-Moss After the latest episode from Gotham, which in all fairness did pick up the pace seemed to be a run up for this weeks. Entitled Everyone has a Cobblepot and just as the title states, everyone has something or someone like our good friend Cobblepot to hide. Of course, we already know that everyone in Gotham has their own secret, except we don’t know how deep some of them go. by Gloria Daniels-Moss As we are blessed with the long awaited returned of Frank Underwood in Netflix’s original, House of Cards it’s a wonder how we managed to wait for so long. Returning for Season Three, Chapter 27 starts as it means to go on with politics, deceit and determination. by Gloria Daniels-Moss Dare I say it, is Gotham picking up the game? With last week’s stellar reveal of who ‘The Joker’ actually is (finally – it’s about time!) in this juvenile Batman Universe with latest episode, Red Hood, we are offered a much more in depth look at characters that have been overlooked. by Gloria Daniels-Moss There are a few plot-lines that Gotham is riding on to get itself through this series. The most obvious one, character development or should we say the inevitable formation of future heroes and villains we see before us. Arguably, the ongoing cat and mouse game with all the gangsters in town is helping this one along, however the big question on everyone’s mind (even though it has been ignored for half the season) is who killed the Wayne’s. by Gloria Daniels-Moss It’s safe to say the atmosphere was full of excitement and lust as the cast of BBC’s The Musketeers took to their seats at the Regents Street Apple Store on Wednesday 21st January. As the second season of this swash buckling period drama is well underway, we were lucky enough to here the main casts thoughts and feelings on how the show is going so far. by Gloria Daniels-Moss “The cupcake is sweet, the bullet is deadly. A beautiful woman is a dangerous thing.” After how many episodes we have had from the first series of Gotham, 11 to be exact, the feisty mean machine that is Fish Mooney has finally decided to make her move on Falcone. However, her well thought-out plan doesn’t go as smoothly as she would have hoped. In the 12th instalment titled What the Little Bird Told Him, the crime-ridden streets of Gotham are threatened with the electrical inventions of Arkham Asylum escapee, maniacal madman Jack Gruber (Christoper Heyerdahl). by The I'm With Geek TV Team Another year has come and gone, and with it some fantastic TV series.
