We have a new trailer for The Boy Next Door for you all.
Starring the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Guzman and John Corbett; The Boy Next Door sets itself up as another infamous story of the love affair, but it is far from your average tale about infidelity and adultery.
Claire (Lopez) is trying to cope with her husband's history of cheating. A new neighbour moves in next door, a handsome young man called Noah (Guzman) and Claire thinks of this as the perfect opportunity to get back at her husband. Claire and Ryan quickly hit it off and they sleep together.
However, soon after Claire realises the mistake she has made and immediately calls it off but Ryan has other ideas. He becomes obsessed with her - not leaving her or her family alone, blackmailing her at work, moving into her class (Claire is a teacher and Ryan is a student in the same school, surprise surprise!) and generally making life for her extremely unpleasant.
The trailer doesn't give too much away in terms of ending, but the way it ramps up the stakes; the movie seems set on keeping the tension there and Claire might have to fight in order to be free, but if she succeeds is an entirely different matter all together.
The Boy Next Door is set for release on the 30th of January 2015.
