I really love great movie promotions. Whether it’s a Spongebob Flash Mob or a Home World Record, a viral video or some sort of Jermaine Clement at Kew Gardens hiding in the bushes (which may, or may not be a promotion, we’re still not short.) Now the hottest film of this week (Insurgent who?) has its very own prank for us to enjoy.
If you didn’t now, The Voices is a film starring Ryan Reynolds and Gemma Arterton. Reynolds plays sweet-natured Jeff who is struggling with a mental illness that transforms his loveable cat and dog into talking buddies. Except, it all goes a bit spare when Jeff accidentally murders the beautiful Fiona who becomes this new voice suck in the fridge, telling him to do it again…..
Talking about heads in fridges, The Voices preyed on unsuspecting shoppers at Westfield Stratford who were shocked to find a model’s dismembered head “booing” them.
