Today - How to win connect 4 every time, the exploding church and that man you dreamt about, you’ve met him!
Connect Four
Connect Four, a great entertaining way to spend four and a half minutes, but wouldn’t it be nice to win every single time? Well good news, you can! Connect Four is a “Solved Game”, a game that’s been, well, solved. You can always win if you follow the rules and both players play perfectly, the same is true for Tic Tac Toe, commonly known as Noughts and Crosses. So how do you do it? Well, I’ll tell you the first move, but the rest you’ll have to look up for yourself… Play first, go for the centre row!
The Hand of God?
August 1769, Church of San Nazaro in Brescia, Italy. A popular belief was about to be disproved, with horrific results. The belief was that the church was the best place to store gunpowder. Churches, with their high bell towers, were clearly going to be the last place lightning would strike… Lightning struck the tower, which had two hundred thousand pounds of gunpowder stored inside. The resulting explosion and fire killed over 3000 people. Lesson Learned.

Stop for a moment, remember your last dream. Just sit and remember the people you passed in the street, or the people in the restaurant. How amazing is the human brain that it can create these faces out of nothing? Newsflash, the human brain isn’t that good, every single person you’ve seen in your dreams, is a person you’ve seen in real life. Your brain, in an equally cool process, stores the face of every single face you see, and reuses them in dreams. The madman who chased you down that lone street could be the cashier at ASDA three years ago. Makes you think doesn’t it?
