And now the trailer for the upcoming Spiderman film has been released, it’s time for us all to get excited again. I am always cautious towards trailers, they only show the best parts of a film so I don’t usually get a good film for it, but this film seems like it will be absolutely brilliant.
Andrew Garfield returns as Spiderman, whom faces his new enemy, Electro. It seems that Spiderman is to face his greatest challenge, a foe far more powerful than himself, and it is down to only him to save New York. We also see the return of Peter Parker’s old friend Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) and he also has the added benefit of Gwen (Emma Stone) by his side. It seems that Peter will find his father’s research and will learn that all of his problems seem to stem from OsCorp. It was OsCorp that “accidentally” created the Lizard Man from the first Amazing Spiderman film.
Just from the trailer we can tell that the graphics are going to be amazing. As Spidey swings through the air, it feels as if he is really there doing it, and each electrifying charge from Electro as realistic as can be. Not only that but a lot of high-octane action is to be expected by those of you that like that sort of thing.
With such a great cast building on the success of the last film, surely The Amazing Spiderman can be nothing but superb? A glowing blue man with electric powers vs a man with spider powers, whilst also throwing in some immense machinery? Yes please!
The only negative thing I can see for this film at the moment is that Mary Jane was completely cut after Shailene Woods had filmed all of her scenes as the character. Mary Jane always seemed to be to girl that caught Peter’s eye and I am wondering how the fans will take her not being in the films again?
The Amazing Spiderman 2 will be released in UK cinemas on the 18th of April, and by the looks of this awesome trailer, I don’t think you can afford to miss it!
