Tuck, Munch and Alex are a trio of inseparable friends whose neighborhood is being destroyed by a highway construction project forcing their families to move away. However, the boys begin receiving a strange series of signals on their phones only days before their separation. Being adventurous kids, they all team up and set out to look for the source of their phone signals. Although searching to adventure and mystery, the friends discover something beyond expectation: a small alien who has become stranded on Earth. They name him ‘Echo’.
Echo is a tiny robotic alien who ensures the group that humans are not on his choice of menu. In need of their help, the four friends come together to protect the alien and help him find his way home. This journey, full of wonder and adventure, is their story, and their secret.
As we mentioned alongside the first trailer, there are serious echoes of E.T here, with the child adventure and finding of an out-of-this-world creature. But having said this, E.T was and always will be an all-time classic, and what’s to say that Earth to Echo couldn’t be the same for the newer generations? I am definitely interested in the response to this film when all questions will be answered.

Earth to Echo hits UK theatres on July 25th.
