In a simple, yet visually appealing series of short 3D computer animations using modest graphics, readers to-be receive something to feed their imaginations on. Ironically, the more clues that are served, the more questions arise.
What is the deal with ‘a blue umbrella’? - you must be wondering. The resemblance to the motive of blue curtains may cross one’s mind, as is popular in terms of interpreting poetry. Is it just a blue umbrella or is there a deeper meaning to that? Blue umbrella appears in designs of the book cover and makes a few appearances in the book trailers. It seems to imply a hidden identity of the killer and his ability to blend in the crowd, while the blue colour amongst the sea of grey umbrellas could imply a personality that is not mundane and somehow stands out. Certainly, a serial killer is not to be classified as ordinary.
